Mercari changed its fees in January 2025: there's now a single selling fee on the item price plus shipping, and no separate payment processing fee. Buyers pay a Buyer Protection fee on top.

What is the Mercari Buyer Protection fee?
A fee the buyer pays at checkout, a percentage of the item price plus shipping. It doesn't come out of your earnings.
